Make Valentine's Day fun and healthier with my 4 Ingredient Raspberry Greek Yogurt Bites recipe!

Raspberry Greek Yogurt Bites recipe (1)

I went on a little Valentine's Day treat creation bender the other day. 🙂 First I made the Valentine's Day Healthy Truffles and then I made these. They both turned out so good that I can't pick a favorite - don't make me do it. Luckily for both of us, these Valentine's Day recipes are made with only 4 ingredients so we can make both before the big day.I keep saying I don't like Valentine's Day but with simple, fun, and festive treats like these, I just might be a convert by next week.

This Raspberry Greek Yogurt Bites recipe could not be simpler, but no joke I have been pulling these babies out of the freezer all week for a pick me up. They taste really good and are a snack you can feel good eating.

To make these pretty pink bites you start with your favorite creamy, plain greek yogurt. To add flavor I added honey and a touch of vanilla. The color and fruity flavor come from frozen raspberries.I love the purply-pink color and using the frozen berries makes it simple to make these in the winter. You can also use strawberries if you prefer. Either way, they are delicious!

To make the hearts just put the yogurt mixture in a blender or food processor. Depending on how thick your yogurt is you might need just a splash of milk to get everything moving. For a consistent, even pink color blend the raspberries until completely smooth. You can also leave some chunks so the bites end up looking like this.

Then you pour the mixture into a heart mold. If you don't have one try this one or this one that looks like cute conversation hearts. The final step is to pop them into the freezer to firm up. After they are frozen you can transfer them out of the molds and into an airtight container. They do obviously have to be stored in the freezer though. When you want to enjoy one just leave it on the counter for a few minutes to soften just a touch.

The result is a super fun, simple, and easy Valentine's Day treat. In fact, these are so tasty I might just be making my greek yogurt bites recipe year-round.
